The Starter Pack is intended for those that typically shoot only occasionally or only in smaller groups.  With 25 P'LINKS™, you'll be able to build one or two large target patterns, or a few more smaller ones.  It's common to lose a few on each outing, but if you should still have enough for additional trips to the range if your aim is good.
